Please read our return policy carefully before making your purchase.

ALL USED & CONSIGNMENT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
All consignment and used merchandise is sold AS IS and is non-returnable and non-refundable. Please inspect all used items carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the condition of the item. Saddles have a 4 day trial period and must return in same condition it left in or trial is voided and sale is final. A 3% Re-stocking fee is deducted for all non-cash purchases.

NEW MERCHANDISE RETURNS
Returns on new, non-consignment items are accepted within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused, in new condition, and have all original tags & packaging intact.
• Safety & sanitary items are FINAL SALE , helmets, vest , bits, undergarments etc.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus a 3% restocking fee for all non-cash purchases.
• Items returned without a receipt or beyond 7 days may not be accepted.

SUPPLIER RETURNS
Some items may require direct return to the manufacturer or supplier. In such cases, we will assist with the process but cannot guarantee return approval or processing timelines. Stirrup Saddle & Tack Co. is not liable for decisions made by outside vendors.

EXCLUSIONS & DISCLAIMERS
• Saddle trials and special-order items are subject to specific terms. Ask a team member for details.
• Clearance, Consignment, Sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
• Stirrup Saddle & Tack Co. is not responsible for damages due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Trial Period
The Buyer shall have a trial period of four (4 ) days, commencing on the date of purchase the Saddle. During this period, the Buyer may use the Saddle to determine its suitability. Trial ends on 4th day end of business hours_. If buyer chooses to return it must be done by 4th day end of business hours. Tack items and Misc items do not qualify for a trial period and are sold “AS IS”. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS on Misc items. The trial period for the saddle begins on the date the item ships from Stirrup Saddle and Tack Co. and lasts for four (4) days. During this trial period, the buyer has the opportunity to evaluate the saddle. If the 4th day falls on a day when the business is not open, the trial period will end on the business day prior to business closing day. If the Buyer chooses to return the Saddle, it must be done by the end of business hours on the last day of the trial period, as described above.
Return Shipping: In the event that the buyer decides to return the saddle, the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer must ensure that the saddle is securely packaged in the same manner as it was originally shipped and that it is fully insured for the return journey. Condition of Return: The saddle must be received by Stirrup Saddle and Tack Co. in the same condition as it was originally sent. If the saddle shows signs of use, damage, or is not returned in the original packaging, the trial period shall be considered void, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Process: Upon successful receipt of the returned saddle in the specified condition, a refund will be processed according to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees as outlined in this agreement, including but not limited to a 3% restocking fee for all non-cash purchases.  
4. Condition of Saddle
The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the Saddle must be returned in the same condition as it was at the time of sale, including all original components, accessories, and packaging. Any missing parts, damage, wear, or alteration to the Saddle during the trial period shall void the trial period, and the Saddle will be subject to the Seller’s no-return policy. In such cases, the Buyer will forfeit any right to return the Saddle, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Return Policy
If the Buyer decides not to purchase the Saddle within the trial period, they must return it to the Seller at the Buyer’s expense within the four (4) days of receipt. The Seller will refund any payments excluding restocking fees made within [ 7 -10] business days of receiving the returned Saddle via the payment method made. Or store credit may be applied at buyer request.
